Study the project's scope and create the baseline time schedule for new projects with progress sequence and activity list (covering manpower plan, procurement time schedule, cashflow, construction base. etc.)
Update the cost control report for all project packages (subcontractors, company labor, production rate. etc.) on a bi-weekly basis, and to revise it on monthly basis for any corrective action needed.
Present two separate daily reports (time and cost) to the project manager and the clients that include new equipment, received materials, staff attendance, daily wages, petty cash, purchase orders (PO), invoices, and delays.
Monitor and update the time baseline, and present a revised schedule with reflected changes and their impact on planned time and cost.
Plan and provide two weeks log ahead activity schedule to the shop-drawing, MEP, and the procurement teams, evaluate their progress every week for any corrective actions needed and provide a relevant weekly report to the management and the client
Report weekly and biweekly a time schedule status with any delays or changes reflecting its impact on planned time and cost
Collect relevant data from the human resources team biweekly basis (on the labor overtime, wages, number of manpower, etc.) and compare it to the planned budget
