We are Hiring Real Estate Sales Supervisor
- Approve all contracts and related forms signed by sales people
- Keep records of sales associates' productivity
Work with sales people to improve performance and terminate unsatisfactory performers - Resolve disputes among sales people
- Manage, coordinate and motivate company sales and marketing functions to achieve required sales targets.
- Help to implement processes, procedures and tools to maximize the productivity and performance of the sales and marketing functions.
- Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
Job Requirements
- From 5-7 years' experience
- Candidates Must have real estate experience
- Leadership skills are required.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel as required
- Very good negotiating and selling skills
- Strong motivation skills
- Problem Solving & Decision Making skill
