Job Description
- Reporting to the General Manager.
- Manage a telesales department selling Xerox products: Machine, consumables and paper)
- Manage, monitor and supervise the Two Telesales Team of twelve professionals each.
- Training the teams to work as professional telesales developing tactics to improve telesales performance.
- Establish appropriate forms for the telesales team: offers, orders, team structure, and customer’s record.
- Interview calibers to select & recruit calibers to be trained & hired as telesales.
- Assign sales territory for each telesales, as well as setting the monthly & yearly budget of the team.
- Maintain contact with prospects in big companies, organizations & Major Accounts to ensure proper channels of communication with Telesales Team.
- Monitor the telesales calls & follow up results to meet with targeted budget set for each.
- Update sales forecasts according to each telesales abilities & prospect base to transfer it to a supply demand order from the company’s suppliers.
- Appraise each telesales by the end of the quarter.
- Handle prospects of Major Companies & Corporations.
- Analyze sales statistics gathered by the team to determine Telesales potential growth in the market.
- Maximize profits by evaluating Tele-sales discounts and setting a competitive price list.
- Oversee billing issues for Telesales Team.
- Report to employer on overall Tele-sales and provide feedback on marketing ideas to aid with the overall marketing of the product.
- Coordinate with different other departments in the companies to ensure total cooperation.
Job Requirements

- Good English & Computer Skills
- Experience from 2 to 4 years
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work under pressure
- Working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM (Friday and Saturday Off)
