Job Description
- The Electro-mechanical Engineer, will supervise, install, inspect and maintain the electrical/ mechanical equipment and their components to ensure their smooth electrical/mechanical operation across the Campus.
- Designing, planning, developing and maintaining electrical devices/controls and components/wiring according to university required specifications and recommended electrical weights.
- Diagnosing electrical problems, make necessary repairs, replace components/wiring as appropriate and execute performance tests.
- Reading blueprints and designs documents, testing and installing electronically controlled mechanical systems
- Calibrating and maintaining elevators and water pumps.
- Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing parts and electrical systems along with implementing technical inspections.
- Coordinating with engineering team members and related department to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products.
- Inspecting and supervising all electromechanical works in new construction projects, to ensure design conformance with equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Continuously inspecting the main electrical boards and circuit breakers, and monitoring the electrical weights and temperature.
- Responsible for Supervising Electrical and Mechanical technicians while installing, repairing and maintaining equipment.
Job Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD - 3D max - SketchUp and Ms. Microsoft.
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to plan and design engineering project
- Great knowledge of all engineering methods and technical of implementing electromechanical engineering projects
- Very good English
