About the Job
  • To provide functional consultation to business units, and implement and support Supply Chain Track's systems, Order management, logistics, procurement, manufacturing and enterprise asset management in order to ensure data consistency and accuracy, and enhance business processes within the companies operational plans, and adopted policies and procedures.


  • Conducting presentations and live demos to present the application standard functionality.
  • Assessing the business requirements and mapping it to the Application standard functions.
  • Performing gap analysis between the current business needs and the application standard functionally.
  • Provide gap resolution by either process re-engineering, system workaround or designing custom add-ons.
  • Prepare the business requirements part of the technical documentation for Supply Chain module related integration and extensions to enable development tracking and set future reference documents for signoff by the required parties.
  • Completing the project deliverables using Gauge ERP Implementation Methodologies based on the project plan.
  • Setting up the application standard functionality that was mapped to the business requirements.
  • Testing of Supply Chain module related integration and extensions.
  • Conducting end user training sessions for application users to ensure the users' awareness and enhanced adoption of the ERP system's functionality.
  • Assist in the creation of IT project plans.
  • Follow all relevant Information Technology's policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Promote the implementation and adherence to policies, processes and operating procedures to others within the company.
    Technical Support
  • Troubleshoot, address and resolve technical problems raised by users to enhance business processes
  • Identify Supply Chain module related system issues (e.g. performance, connectivity, stability), report to the concerned parties, and follow up to ensure their resolution to reduce interruption to business activities
  • Collaborate with the Database Administration and Development Teams during systems' integration for Supply Chain related operations to ensure data integrity and avoid system conflicts
Job Requirements


  • 1 to 2 solid years of experience in ERP Implementation and Technical Support
  • Previous 1 end-to-end ERP Supply Chain Modules' implementation experience is required, Finance Modules are Preferred
  • Previous User Requirements Analysis and Documentation experience is required
  • A bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent is required
