About the Job
  • Participate in creating & developing business development strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Working on monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Generating leads and following up on existing lead.
  • Converting leads to opportunities.
  • Drafting pitches for potential clients to attract new projects.
  • Refining the business development and sales processes.
  • Working with the account management team to investigate new opportunities with existing clients.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Promote the company’s services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

Job Requirements
  • 2-5 years experience in business development (advertising field preferred).
  • Bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing and/or Mass communication.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Arabic).
  • Clear understanding of the services of marketing.
  • Excellent organizational & time management skills.
  • Self motivated and can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent networking and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to build rapport.
