Job Description
- Arranging all formalities for Suez Canal transit calls.
- Responsible for all agency operation ( PDA, crew change, Parcel handling & port call with operation department
- Follow up vessels operations during her port call
- Reporting to owners
- Arranging with supply department for any spare parts supplying.
- Arranging with port authority for vessels berthing and documentation
- Following – up vessels during their voyages
- Handling Owners/Masters requirements and needed services (crew change – fresh water supply – sludge removal – bunkering – etc.)
- Calculating time sheets and demurrages/dispatches
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent command of English (written & spoken)
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, problem solving skills, well organized and good time management skills.
