Job Description
- Daily rounds at the sites, supervise all architectural works.
- Do inspections and offer quotations for the required architectural works and task orders.
- Monitor work quality with advising for performance improvement.
- Conduct on-job training sessions for the technical staff as planned.
- Ensure all staff apply safety rules and regulations.
- Develop stock of spare parts and observe the warehouse stock.
- Manage and supervise contractors activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture Engineering (Ain Shams, Cairo, Helwan or Matarya University).
- 10 -15 years of Experience.
- Excellent AutoCAD.
- Primavera is a plus.
- Excellent English Language.
- Excellent MS Office.
