Job Description

Purpose of Job

Supporting the sales of the company's products and projects in accordance with the plan, objectives and procedures of the work flow by the sales department to achieve the objectives of the company, while fully maintaining the company's sales policy

Responsible for the issuance of the sale and to deal with all inquiries and requests from delegates and immediately return any of them if necessary to the competent administration and abide by the company's rules and regulations to maintain the image of the company and maximize profits.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review and monitor inventory variables on a daily basis and the work of the required radar
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Review and monitor the daily movements of delegates.
  • Show problems immediately to the direct manager.
  • Follow-up and issuance of reports relating to commissions and accounts of delegates
  • Follow-up to the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales of sales to managers.
  • Answer delegates' questions about products, prices, and availability.
  • Deal with all the administrative work of the sales team
  • Cooperate with colleagues in exchanging and updating information according to "market conditions and trends.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings of directors.
  • Monitor competitors in the market by collecting information on prices, new products
  • Prepare periodic reports on market availability.
  • Adherence to all objectives approved by the company
  • Give flexibility to perform any other tasks as required by the President from time to time.
  • Communicate with the agent and send the required reports and coordinate any special works (exhibitions, visits, travel)
  • Train and qualify the team and the work of an organized development plan.
  • Conduct sales analysis and issue a daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly / yearly report on the sales status of the company and the agent

Job Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor degree.

Experience:

  • 3 -5 years in the same field.

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of English.
  • High skill in computer using Microsoft office programs
  • High negotiation skills.
  • The speed of sense and tact in talking and the ability to persuade.
  • Ability to communicate with others.
  • Ability to work for long periods.
