Job Description
- Analyzing systems and processes, maintaining workstations and networks
- Defining, updating, and implementing IT strategy.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies.
- Directed design and installation of the complete LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Assists in designing the main features of IT hardware according to business needs.
- Participates in the implementation of IT hardware within the organization.
- Assists in integrating IT hardware with the organization's existing systems.
- Tracks operational problems related to IT hardware and reports them directly to the supervisor.
- Coordinates and documents system configuration changes.
- Installs hardware and software according to an organization's design specifications.
- Develops and maintains a hardware and software configuration database/library for all supporting documentation
- WebSphere Application server Installation and Administration
- Installation and configuration for Apache server.
- Installation and configuration of MS SQL , Oracle, and DB2 server.
- Monitor Different Servers and application performance and recommend different hardware and software upgrade
- Support internal users in the company
- Prepare Inventory Documentations and Disaster Recovery Plans and Procedures
