Job Description
- Develop and drive strategy on new products and services from idealization through implementation.
- Responsible for the ownership of payments products and the delivering of new payments products to market and the continuous development of existing products.
- Engage closely with technical development team and all other stakeholders to define product requirements and accordingly prepare the technical requirement document and execute internal and external UATs.
- Work closely with market research team to build an efficient pricing structure, identify and assess payment trends in order to respond to threats and opportunities from competitors and new entrants in market.
- Develop a keen understanding of payments operations/business processes/controls and identify opportunity to achieve greater efficiency across the organization and prepare products and business process manuals.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of software and applications utilized by the relevant departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel.
- Ability to clearly articulate technical information to others so it’s easy to understand with good background of payment solutions technologies.
- Strong developmental and research ability.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A team player with the highest level of integrity.
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 7 years of product management experience preferably with an Electronic Payment solution company.
