Job Description

  • Working as a permanent member of the receiving committee to ensure compliance with standards, policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and check the expiry date of all products in the branches at random to ensure their validity and the expiration date of products.
  • Checking and analyzing invalid checks to determine their causes.
  • Assist in carrying out a monthly examination of all the elements of the branches to prepare a report of the deficiency and the surplus and presenting the cost controller for the analysis.
  • Review and analyze the free checks daily to calculate their cost and ensure that they do not exceed the allowed limit.
  • Analyzing the checks of all branches checks to prepare a divided sales report for groups by separating the revenues of each group and then presenting the cost controller for approval and conformity.
  • Prepare and analyze the sales report divided into items and then submit it to the cost controller for approval.
  • Pricing orders for all items heading to branches to calculate the total daily cost.
  • Check the branches randomly to ensure that all elements are fit and incorrect quantities.
  • Preparing a report to record the actual observations and documents that were examined to track any differences and take action on them.

Job Requirements
