Job Description
- Participate with the Solution Sales team in the proposals/ write-ups including scope of work, technologies needed, and estimated effort to ensure competitive proposal and deal closure.
- Participate with project manager and technical lead in project plan development phase by validating work breakdown structure (WBS), estimates, technical dependencies, project technical issues, risks, deliverables and change requests, to ensure alignment of assigned activities and deadlines.
- Review & validate the business/technical requirements with business analyst, confirm the solution applicability within the proposed technologies & project scope to generate analysis document that articulate customer needs & requirements.
- Develop the technical solution architecture & design, coordinate/validate with the Solutions Architect, and deliver final solution design document to ensure clear articulation of customer solution needs & requirements.
- Lead the technical activities of solution implementation for the project as per the final solution design document in terms of providing detailed work breakdown structure (WBS), validate estimates, integration requirements, define technical dependencies, team assignment orientation, validate team work completion, to ensure successful delivery as per project timeframe and OMS quality standards.
- Coordinate with partners/vendors and the Technical Team on handling defects, escalations, solution requirements, enhancements add-ons to ensure smooth operation of the projects.
- Prepare working environment, implement delivered solution for customer, arrange and coordinate the training material, user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct go-live activities, track fixing issues reported by the Quality Team and/or Customer Team, and arrange with the client for solution acceptance to achieve release approvals from customer in all stages of the project.
- Track the development of the documentation (user guide or technical documentation) of the solution through the collaboration with the Technical Team a/or the Business Analyst in order to facilitate the solution usage.
- Coach and act as technical SME for all project team members, through sharing knowledge, providing guidance and reviewing the completed work to ensure timely achievement of the team’s objectives in line with OMS Quality Standards.
- Report to Project Manager the project progress including: project status, achievements milestones, risks, escalations, change requests, resource re-allocation, reusable components, to enhance future project processes and procedures.
- Recommend & participate to the direct manager & Quality Assurance team on processes, procedures & tools improvement, to ensure closing process gaps, and achieve operation optimization and excellence in alignment with OMS quality manual
- Participate with the Project Manager and the technical team in the project internal closure activities through communication of lessons learned, success stories, achievements to enrich the organizational knowledge base for upcoming projects/phases reference.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Relevant Discipline
- 5+ Years of Experience.
- Source Control.
- Object Oriented – (Encapsulation, Inheritance, Polymorphism).
- Language Integrated Query – LINQ.
- Entity Framework.
- WCF – Windows Communication Foundation.
- C#, HTML, HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery & other JS libraries, XML (XMLReader, XMLWriter, XSLT , XPath), ASP.NET, CSS3
- Web Services, Web APIs.
- Software Development Life cycle.
- Object Relational Modeling – ORM / ORM Tools.
- SP Administration (Central Administration, User Profile, Search, BCS, etc…).
- SP Development (Visual Web Parts, Event Receivers, Timer Jobs, SP Ribbon, etc…).
- SP Development (VS Solutions, SP Object Model, SP Client Object Model, SPContext WCF Services, etc…).
- SP Customization (Content Types, Lists, Document Libraries, OOB Web Parts, XSLT, etc).
