Job Description

  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments according to manager instructions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and direct activities as assigned by the manager.
  • Participates in activities related to student affairs such as admission, pre-registration, registration, financial aid.
  • Keeps track of course changes, reporting student standings.
  • Provide students with information about the Center.
  • Deal with and help resolve any student complaint.
  • Receiving and directing students.
  • Keep records of students attendance, process students  accounts and file documents.
  • Keep office appearance presentable for clients and customers.
  • Complete all typing and copying as requested.
  • Make a weekly check of all office supplies and forms.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and forms.
  • Sort and deliver mail.
  • Contact suppliers of any service to office. (i.e.: copier repair, refreshment vendors, promotional vendors, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree.
  • Fast ,organized and accurate work.
  • Good verbal Communication skills.
  • Good Listening skills.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Good English Skills.
  • Gender: Any
