Establish and implement short and long-range financial and accounting goals; objectives; policies and operating procedures;
Develop relationships and negotiate terms with banks; financial institutions and insurance providers for smooth flow of funds and services.
Oversee the approval and processing of revenue; expenditure; departments' budgets; salary updates ledger and accounts maintenance and data entry.
Ensure that the finance activities will support the organization in pursuing its mission with a minimum risk and a maximum of efficiency;
Manage and monitor funding to ensure timely expenditure of funds and adherence with donor regulations. Ensuring compliance with donor funding agreement and reporting requirements;
Perform quality and timely Financial, MIS and other analytical reporting for the Management, CEO, Board, Shareholders and Government Authorities.
Manage the development, implementation and monitoring of an effective administrative operation that maximizes the use of fiscal resources to provide measurable, timely, efficient and cost-effective results
