Job Description
- Lead / create architectural information platform for the group hospitals supporting active and future initiatives in the environment.
- Implementing and managing different VMware solutions (vCenter, vSphere clusters, SRM, vSAN…
- Managing and monitoring all types of Microsoft Solutions (Windows server/Client, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, And So On. …).
- Managing Endpoint Security and Protection Tools.
- Manage, Monitor and update of all Products Dell/Lenovo/Cisco servers firmware and so on...
- Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for managed systems issues following change management cycle
- Co-operating with other (hospitals IT Managers and Staff) to finalize assigned IT operations and projects successfully and to continuously improve and increase group people, processes, and technology
- Taking Care of all different types of contracts between Systems team and vendors
- Work closely with vendor teams to maintain product roadmaps and ensure operational quality and continuous process improvement.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of the hosts/computers by monitoring system performance, configuration, maintenance and repair.
- Ensures that records of system downtime and equipment inventory are properly maintained. Applies revisions to host system firmware and software.
- Works with vendors to assist support activities.
- Excellent organizational and Problem Solving management skills; understanding of project management best practices.
- Provide documentation, Reporting and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure.
- Excellent Research, self-learning and adapt with any new technology.
- Provide Remote/Physical support depend on case issue.
- Follow IT SAL in handling issues.
- In charge of leading the practice and introducing the overall technical vision for a particular solution.
- Manage and Monitor computers/Servers for security issues.
- Investigate security breaches incidents.
- Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, and data encryption programs.
- Work to perform tests and uncover Systems environment vulnerabilities.
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology field.
- Proven experience in VMware, Microsoft products.
- Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions.
- Data Center Virtualization.
- Strong experience directly leading, and managing large scale of activities/solutions of enterprise environment and critical business.
- Deep understanding of infrastructure and networks
- Effectively using organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and follow through.
- Ability to communicate equally well with stakeholders (business and technical) oral and written.
- Efficiently meeting deadlines, schedules, and target dates.
- Effectively supervising, leading, and delegating tasks and authority.
- Self -motivated and enthusiastic
