Job Description
Translate marketing agenda into execution to deliver company objectives.
- Ensure ROI.
- Ensure that execution within company guideline.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Develop execution tool kit tailor made for each channel that can deliver excellence and ensure strong go to market plans.
- Work with insights to ensure tackling shopper needs through dedicated channel plans that serve the diversification of shopper behavior.
- Create an execute plan on ground.
- Liaising with merchandizing teams to make sure that plans are in place.
- -Regularly create market analysis to stay up to date with competition and market trends.
- Manage budget and ensure ROI for all executed shopper marketing programs to drive efficiency and continuous improvement for future programming.
- Build the channel strategy.
- Build the customer facing category strategy.
- Build the perfect store program and the loyalty schemes for different channels (wholesale and retail).
- Manage the activation team (Permanent and Temps).
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field.
- MBA
Experience:
- Minimum 7-10 years shopper and Trade Marketing experience within FMCG.
Skills:
- Time Management
- Strong track record of over-delivery against commercial targets.
- Ability to educate and influence key stakeholders and external partners.
- Cross functional.
- English must be fluent.
