- Troubleshoot problems reported by the users
- Monitor the network, security and management devices and servers.
- Open daily, weekly, monthly and yearly ticket with the ISP TEData and Vodafone.
- Contribute with the network passive components to connect the remote branches with HQ using the passive components.
- Install, maintain, configure, monitor and troubleshoot of the network active devices and servers in the data center and also in the remote station active devices. These devices such as Cisco and HP devices and Servers
- Implement, Configure, monitor and troubleshoot the cisco security devices and servers.
- Implement, configure and daily Monitoring of the overall network devices and servers.
- Participate with the overall network penetration testing reports all over the network topology.
- Write, Draw and implement the network solution low-level design all over the network Head Quarter and Its Branches.
- Manage devices using the HPOV (NNM, NA and PI) Servers family.
- Generate a weekly, Monthly and yearly technical reports.
