Job Description
- GT World Of Beauty GmbH in Germany is hiring a Back Office Manager to join our team at GT World Egypt. As a Back Office Manager
- you will manage the community business office, maintains accurate financial records, supervises the front desk staff, and assists the General Manager with occasional administrative duties.
Job Requirements
- Oversees and supervises the business office staff and administrative functions
- Supervise, perform, and coordinate administrative activities.
- Process all new employee paperwork and legal documentation in strict compliance with all legal requirements.
- Process payroll information for the corporate accounting department.
- Supervise the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, as well as layout, arrangement, and housekeeping of office facilities.
- Negotiate the purchase of office supplies, furniture, equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Ensure that all daily needs and tasks are completed for the Branch Office Head as required;
- Providing training and development support to ensure all staff of supported practices demonstrate knowledge of the business model, operating procedures, and protocols.
- Supporting daily office operations within the region when necessary.
- Manage the office area to ensure effective telephone and mail communications both internally and externally and maintain a professional image.
- Other related functions as requested by supported practice owners.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES AND WORK ENVIRONMENT: - Fluent German and English Language is a Must.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Good understanding of ERP System is a plus
- Good understanding of Accounting and finance is a plus
- Good understanding of research methods and data analysis techniques
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Effective teamwork skills.
- Ability to problem solve and escalate issues when needed.
