Job Description

  • Produce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled soft services.
  • Execute the periodic schedule of the soft services to all our clients.
  • Test performance of all service provider and act as the main contact person with all subcontractors.
  • Insure the quality of service provided and handle all complaints from clients.
  • Analyze and record order results, and prepare written testing documentation.
  • Responsible for the implementation of the various types of soft services as Pest control and house keeping.
  • Prepare the needed budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Insure meeting environmental, health and security standards.
  • Represent SVC in terms of providing the Soft Service to our tenants.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor in any related field
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Soft service delivery ( Service Provider).
