Job Description
- Produce periodic reports on status of all scheduled and unscheduled soft services.
- Execute the periodic schedule of the soft services to all our clients.
- Test performance of all service provider and act as the main contact person with all subcontractors.
- Insure the quality of service provided and handle all complaints from clients.
- Analyze and record order results, and prepare written testing documentation.
- Responsible for the implementation of the various types of soft services as Pest control and house keeping.
- Prepare the needed budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Insure meeting environmental, health and security standards.
- Represent SVC in terms of providing the Soft Service to our tenants.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in any related field
- 6 to 8 years of experience in Soft service delivery ( Service Provider).
