Job Description
- Recording expenses and reconciliation with invoices
- Keeping track of all payments including payroll, purchase orders, invoices and statements
- Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding balance
- Transfer salaries through E payroll banking or submit a report to Treasury person for cash cases
- Submit a monthly report of value-added tax (VAT)
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Preparing analyses of accounts monthly reports
Job Requirements
- Experience in IT - E commerce Field is a must at least 2 years out of the 6 years.
- Experience in online transactions, online money transfers and Vat are must.
- Understand and apply accounting principles and practices.
- Obtaining training courses or workshops in financial for non-financials.
- Knowledge of recent developments in the applications and data retrieval and preparation of financial reports and accounting standards.
