Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide immediate first level support; Whether via phone or remote access including to problem resolution for software/hardware
  • Routine maintenance of the HW and SW according to agreed plans
  • Perform minor software and minor hardware repairs
  • Diagnosing errors, troubleshoot & maintain network connections or any other computer systems
  • Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.
  • Handle all documentation for hardware and software, maintenance and problem resolutions
  • Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support or external consultant.
  • Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
  • Maintain network servers such as file servers, AD, Print server....etc
  • Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent command of English
  • Experience:1-2 Years experience
  • Education: Graduated from English school,Engineering Degree is a must in computer / communication / biomedical
  • Familiar with applications and software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking
  • Excellent user of MS office applications
  • Knowledge in networking (VPN, virtualization, and firewall) “Mandatory”
  • Knowledge in switches and routers “Mandatory”
  • Knowledge in servers and storage (Dell, HP, IBM …. etc)
  • Knowledge in VMware and Microsoft cluster
  • CCNA & MCSE knowledge
