Job Description
The candidates will be responsible for:
- Professionally greet & welcome all visitors & direct them to the appropriate person/ department as soon as they arrive to the bank.
- Signing in all visitors in accordance to security procedures.
- Ensure reception area is tidy & presentable, with all necessary stationery & materials.
- Answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, mail distribution & providing additional clerical support & accurate information.
- Collect, distribute, and sort mail, messages, and courier deliveries (in/out).
- Cooperate with team members to ensure team objectives are being carried out.
- Assist in planning & preparation of meetings, conferences, etc.
- Deal with more complex inquiries from Bank staff/ visitors including informal complaints relating to reception functions.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of related work experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced in French.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Skilled in coordination and time management.
- Presentable.
