Job Description
- Preform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling, and submitting reports, analysing industry trends, and assessing the financial health of the company.
- Oversee the Sales operations and development of the company’s finance department including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training, and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
- Supervise the preparation of the monthly and quarterly annual A/R account sales reconciliations, monitor, and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- Deliver on all requirements to drive excellent sales forecasting outputs
- Develop and enhance reporting on partner performance.
- Attend and support both internal and external partner meetings as and when required.
Job Requirements
- Ensure all sales contracts and variations are commercially adopted with policies and in time.
- Understand sales channel profitability to advise on gaining maximum return from Indirect Mass Retail and Voice Sales partners.
- Identify tactical and strategic opportunities and threats, and clearly articulate options to maximize opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Lead the enhancement of all internal finance processes relating to trading, such as commission payments, commercials sign off, etc.
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent (graduated from faculty of commerce, accounting department)
- Years of Experience: 10 years
- High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
