About the Job:
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies and uploading jobs in recruitment and social media
- Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job specifications
- Conduct phone and initial face to face interviews in a professional and presentable manner
- Perform all data entry and proper filling system to keep a qualified candidates database.
