Job Description
- Supporting the team on new business opportunities.
- Presales Activities such Online and On-Site client demos.
- Participate in offline marketing activities such as events, trade shows, ..etc.
- Client Management in terms of post-sales activities including but not limited to training and support.
- Communicate with internal analysis, development and testing team regarding client issues and change requests.
- Develop in-depth understanding of product modules and domain knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
- Excellent command of English.
- Minimum 3 year experience.
- Client management experience, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable ability to take responsibility and accountability.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with Hotel Management Systems or ERPs is a plus.
- Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt.
