About the Job
  • Supporting the team on new business opportunities.
  • Presales Activities such Online and On-Site client demos.
  • Participate in offline marketing activities such as events, trade shows, ..etc.
  • Client Management in terms of post-sales activities including but not limited to training and support.
  • Communicate with internal analysis, development and testing team regarding client issues and change requests.
  • Develop in-depth understanding of product modules and domain knowledge.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Information systems or any relevant discipline.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Minimum 3 year experience.
  • Client management experience, including proven ability to handle multiple deliverables within tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable ability to take responsibility and accountability.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Hotel Management Systems or ERPs is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside Egypt.
