Job Description
- Ensures all hiring targets for his / her span are met as per SLA.
- Responsible for CV and phone screening for volume hiring
- Sources, screens, and hires for English & French Operations and Special skills hiring
- Assists the AVP Human Resources | Recruitment in coordination with Operation teams to ensure all hiring requisitions are raised on requisition tool
- Assists in managing internal redeployment pool / external pool to reduce costs & time to hire
- Responsible for increasing contributions from Employee Referrals through regular communication to all teams
- Processes all rehire and Voluntary Transfer requests
- Interview Scheduling/ testing
- Meets the applicants and explains job offers and various employment benefits, etc.
- Manages Pre-joining formalities for all new joiners
- Actively supports all direct recruitment activities like print advert, walk-ins, job fairs, campus etc.
- Understands and meet the customer expectations as per the SLA
- Hires the best quality of resources, thereby positively impacting the business
- Improves the customer & candidate satisfaction index
- Builds and strengthens relations with internal & external customers
- Optimizes the channel contributions & monitor performance
- Processes Vendor/ Referral Payments
Job Requirements
- Excellent command of German & English languages.
- 2+ Years of experience in same position (preferred massive hiring)
- Experience in Headhunting is a plus
- Ability to understand the job requirements of the Client & competency mapping
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills, and assertive and professional
- Experience in exotic languages recruitment is a plus.
