Job Description
- Ensure all oriental weavers’ Material related suppliers are within the scope of Supplier development program.
- Establish an adequate quality management system for all manufacturing and non-manufacturing activities within Oriental Weavers Company.
- Ensure all requirement of relevant and/or certified standards are well implemented and routinely audited.
- Ensure all customer complaint from local and foreign markets are handled in a proper way to prevent their recurrence.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. of Engineering or equivalent from reputable university.
- 10 years at least practical experience in Quality Assurance out of them 3-5 years as managers in big or multinational organizations.
- Conduct awareness and training sessions for ISO 9001-2015 himself to different managerial levels of the organization is a must.
- Conduct 1st and 2nd party audit himself is a must, conducting 3rd party audit is an option.
- Building a new Quality management system and create documented procedures himself is a must.
- Lead Auditor according to ISO 9001-2015 is a must, Lead Auditor according to other management system such as ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 is an option.
- Problem solving techniques.
- Cooperative and good communicator with all parties and different level of the organization.
- Leadership skills to manage and coach his team and supportive function.
- Awareness of Quality Control and Continuous improvement activities.
- Good data analyzer.
- Report writing skills.
- Presentation Skills.
- Good Command of English.
