Job Description
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for time attendance and all its relates (overtime-penalty-absence)
- Responsible for Payroll calculation and checking the accuracy of the salaries
- Responsible for all aspects of payroll process including all variables (new hires, terminations, attendance, etc...)
- Responsible for time attendance and all its relates (overtime-penalty-absence)
- Analyze, evaluate and report data related to labor cost, headcount and full time equivalents on a monthly and year to date basis.
- Updates and reconcile monthly bank statements related to payroll calculations
- Coordinate with other relevant department during the payroll cycle for payroll inputs.
- Following up on each employees’ annual and sick leaves, and sending them letters containing remaining balances.
- Responsible for the employees’ final settlements procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area.
- ERP system experience is a must, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
- Min of 1 Year of Experience in a similar position.
- Experience in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis)
- Extensive experience in using Excel spreadsheets is a must and Power Query knowledge is a plus.
- Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
- Good English is essential (written and spoken).
