Job Description
- Innovate & Implement the marketing strategy
- Expanding the business model and driving revenue by Setting up attractive promotion campaigns to raise our sale volume.
- Provide Marketing related Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly report to General Manager and Operations Team.
- Will be required to manage the publicity and Branding of new store openings over the next years
- Conduct, compiles, analysis market researches and reports about Latest Trends Worldwide with Analyze market and competitors to ensure proactive activities.
- Monitoring brand performance and conducting analysis & develop media plan and seek for new media opportunity to ensure the effectiveness of communication.
- Collaborate with the team as well as other business functions
- Lead a team of marketing executives and Social Media Team
- Ensuring all marketing materials are appropriate to the local market by making changes as seen fit
- Monitor sales performance, anticipates causes affecting performance, indicates magnitude of impact on sales and provide Management, Operation and Finance with attractive promotion campaign to raise sales volume.
- Managing the catering, events and delivery functions of the brand publicity and Marketing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing
- 5+ years in Marketing related roles within Food & Beverage or Restaurants
- Experience with regional & global products
- Experience in Hospitality and Catering
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- High level understanding of the regional Food & Beverage sector
- Creative ability to think outside the box
- Visionary, able to make changes to the international approach in order to ensure promotional materials are relevant to the local market
- Leadership & Management Skills
