As Acquisition Marketing team lead, you will be responsible for creating and executing multi-channel acquisition strategies that attract new signups to our products and help retain current ones. Using inbound marketing tactics such as search engine optimization, social media, landing page conversion testing, and online advertising, you will grow our database and overall company revenues. You are responsible for driving actionable and efficient marketing campaigns that build awareness and drive traffic to support the growth of our businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing campaigns across multiple channels to support growth of business.
  • Clearly identify Success Metrics, KPI’s and reporting for all tactics prior to implementation
  • Develop and manage all offline and online marketing programs
  • Create and implement innovative multi-channel acquisition strategies & campaigns via strong collaboration with Brand marketing, Art and Product marketing teams.
  • Set team strategy through analysis of historical marketing data.
  • Provide performance analysis, ROI and insights for all channels/tactics
  • Define & execute high impact A/B & multivariate testing and optimization strategies
  • Build, hire, train and lead a high-performing team of digitally-savvy marketers to support the strategic goals of the business

Day-to-day Duties:

  • Lead the team to ensure strategic goals are met.
  • Develop campaigns to implemented across multiple channels
  • Monitor the KPI and important metrics
  • Manage the dashboard that provide performance analysis, ROI and insights

Job Requirements

  • 3-7 years equivalent working experience.
  • Solid Online and offline marketing experience.
  • Experience and passion for building great marketing campaigns & programs
  • You must be analytical and able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, analytics, social media, and email marketing. If not an expert in all yet, should become one soon.
  • Startup mentality with a strong level of independence and efficiency
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledgeable on acquisition best practices, technologies, and trends
