Job Description
- Supervise the work of the construction site to ensure quality and that constructions and installations are in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations
- Review material and equipment to ensure that they are in accordance with the specifications and requirements of the customer
- Responsible for designing the contents assigned by the clients as per the clients’ request
- Keep detailed site records for changes and progress of the construction site
- Advise the project manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may affect construction progress and quality of services
- Responsible to undertake off-site inspections of the proposed equipment and materials as may be deemed necessary by the Project Manager
- Attend project, site progress, and site-related technical meetings as directed by the project manager
- Prepare product reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil)
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the construction filed
- Working experience in HVAC is a must
