Summary
- The person in this position is responsible for company strategic planning, policies and procedures designing and communicating business goals. Moreover, setting and allocating budget and operations management.
Duties and responsibilities
Management role
- Managing and directing the functional departments to achieve the business goals and objectives, evaluate them and monitor their performance.
- Evaluate and approve all functional plans such as sales and operations plan, marketing plan, branches and head office capacity plans and financial plan.
Planning role
- Set company goals and objectives.
- Set the operation plan and company structure.
- Setting the long-term company strategies and objectives.
- Develop company expansion plan.
- Develop company competitive advantage
- Set sales targets and implement action plans for its achieving.
Analyzing and tracking role
- Maintain budget and evaluate the financial performance.
- Analyzing the new projects performance.
- Presenting and reviewing company annual reports.
- Identifying business opportunities and future challenges that face the company.
- Monitor the activities of the customer service department to ensure a satisfied clientele.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical science
- MBA holder is preferred
At least 10 years of experience in Pharmacies chain - Proven experience as a General Manager in pharmacies chain is a must
- Experience in planning and budgeting.
- Written and nonverbal communication with creative thinking and objections handling skills.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and display flexibility.
- Proficient in all MS software and equivalent
