Taager is hiring an Account Manager to join our growing team.

Location: Maadi

Job Description:

Be the primary focal point of contact on our ecommerce platform.
Help our Merchants through email and phone to make sure their needs are met or exceeded
Building Rapports with Merchants.
Providing Stock of Products for the Merchants and Coordinating with other Teams.
Helping Our Merchants to grow Their Business .
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
Liaise between the customer and internal teams.

2-5 years demonstrated track record in E-Commerce or account management or any client-facing role
Strong multi-tasking abilities and “get it done” attitude
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
E-commerce Experience.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology.
