Taager is hiring an Account Manager to join our growing team.
Location: Maadi
Job Description:
- Be the primary focal point of contact on our ecommerce platform.
- Help our Merchants through email and phone to make sure their needs are met or exceeded
- Building Rapports with Merchants.
- Providing Stock of Products for the Merchants and Coordinating with other Teams.
- Helping Our Merchants to grow Their Business .
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives.
- Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- 2-5 years demonstrated track record in E-Commerce or account management or any client-facing role
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and “get it done” attitude
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- E-commerce Experience.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Understanding of website development, marketing, measurement and analytics, content management, digital marketing, and internet technology.
