  • Help with time and daily tasks, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking.
  • Perform logistics for office supplies.
  • Plan and prepare events of the department.
  • Prepare reports.
  • Coordinate the implementation of tasks within different departments.
  • Handle all data entry for the department.
  • Day off : Friday
