Job Description
- Maintain TDR quality inspection.
- Make the daily round according to the quality section schedule.
- Check the rooms randomly to ensure that the room is ready according to TDR standard (according to the quality section schedule).
- Check the service in all outlets is meeting TDR standard (according to the quality section schedule).
- Ensure that the food & beverage quality, safety and presentation are meeting TDR standard.
- Works closely with leaders and staff as indicated to implement consistent and comprehensive process improvement of TDR models to ensure high levels of quality performance in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
- Monitors indicators related to ensuring employees conform to production and service standards.
- Maintains operations data and prepares productivity/quality reports for management.
- Prepare the audit reports accurate, clear and send it on time to take the needed actions.
- Keep the documentation cycle according to the filing system of quality section.
- Participate in preparing the monthly quality report.
- Determines staffing requirements to meet quality and delivery expectations.
- Assist TDR to maintain and promote TDR culture of Excellence.
- Assists in Quality compliance objectives and ensures that targets are achieved.
- Keep the communication channels with his/her superior to inform him about what needed an immediately actions.
- Ensures compliance with the customer requirements, Desert rose policies, standards, regulatory and external standards.
- Increase the staff awareness regarding TDR quality standard.
- Participate in any events organized by Organizational Excellence department if needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.
Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Awareness of HSSE policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within HSSE guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.
- Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
- Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly.
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
- Log security incidents and accidents in accordance with hotel requirements.

Qualification:
- Academic background: BSC any field
- Certification and licensing: ISO 22000, 14001 or HACCP is preferred
- Experience: At least 3 years at the same position in hospitality industry
