Job Description
- Develop a team that is responsible for pre-sales activities, define standards for performance, organization process, and collaboration and interaction across organizational boundaries
- Delegating responsibilities, assessing employees performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities
- Ensuring Staff members follow company policies and procedures and ensure the overall health and success of the business
- Deliver consistent product training, technology updates, release updates, and roadmap information
- Generating reports and presenting information to the upper-level managers
- Attend pre-sales/client meetings and presentations with account representatives.
- Identify client requirements, specific business needs and offering solutions proposals to meet those needs: (technical requirements, client infrastructure, configuration, and requirements), technical design (including solution configurations and diagrams).
- Analyzing & translating complex customer's business requirements
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet client needs
- Cooperate with various Sales teams to provide a response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
- Managing and coordinating with all responsible parties to develop and implement problem solutions and prevent a recurrence
- Ensure customer satisfaction and Proactive communications with customers to achieve a trusted relationship with them
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. of Electrical, communication, or Computer Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in the light current system or Network Infrastructure.
- Cisco CCNA, Light current courses/certificate holder is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- AutoCAD & Visio work experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent Microsoft Office user
