Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
Devise and review specifications for products or processes
Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance
Assist in provide guidance and feedback to technicians and other staff
Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
Approve the right products or reject defectives
Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
Analyze feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
Keep on improving and developing new efficient procedures

Education: Bachelor's Engineering
Experience: More than 5 years experience in the field of QA/QC for a cable manufacturing company or related manufacturing field.
Preferred experiences in managing and assuring quality of raw materials, sub-materials and wooden drums for the manufacturing of the overhead cables
Prefer work-experiences in the Cable Manufacturing Company
Preferred experiences in setting up the international quality standards, for example ISO 9000 and 14001
Good Knowledge in Design Engineering based on Int’l Standard (IEC, ASTM etc.)
Language: English (Excellent communication & written skills)
