Job Description
- Welcome the customer.
- Take the customer for a round in the store.
- Understand the needs and budget of the customer.
- Recommend the best options to the customer.
- Describe each and every detail of the product to the customer.
- Provide the customer with clear information for all his inquires.
- Submit the order on the system.
- Follow up with the warehouse and the production for the orders.
- Follow up with the customer care team for any complaints.
- Follow up with the customer for the order delivery and for any complaints.
Job Requirements
- Any four years faculty graduate.
- 30 years old is maximum age.
- Fresh graduated candidates are welcome.
- Live in Cairo or Giza.
- Professional Micro Soft user.
- Very Good English language.
- Soft skills and Sales courses are preferred.
- Able to work on shift bases, with single day off.
