Job Description

What you will do

Responsible for creating internal communications content and forums which create excitement, drive engagement, align teams and individuals and shape culture.

How you will do it

  • Be an innovative, dynamic, and creative content generator across multiple platforms and channels, with the goal of better capturing the interest of our people across the region
  • Creates and edits content for a wide range of internal communications – including, corporate communications, announcements, targeted e-mails, video, postcards, e-cards, podcasts, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations 
  • Ensures that internal comms is commuted to employees in a clear, timely, and effective manner
  • using style and format for high-level professional writing
  • Establishes clear communication action plans, schedules, milestones and calendars to support internal comms that help culture, drive engagement and deliver results
  • Ensures communication strategy is consistent and reflects the organization’s strategic vision. 
  • Media and marketing services for internal magazine publishing, templates and comms design, and printing.
  • Publishes videos and images on all company platforms.
  • Coordinate quarterly recognition awards, aligned with business leaders
  • Establishes and runs all L&OD surveys
  • Assists with the development and execution of tailored health & well-being programs across the region that create awareness, motivation and provides tools to employees to maintain a well-rounded healthy lifestyle
  • Manages, develops, and maintains employee engagement programs and own the engagement activities calendar and draft a plan with respective HRBP on the execution plan that foster and promote a culture of excellence
  • Identifies key engagement drivers and develops supporting internal communication plan to inform, inspire, and involve employees at all levels and geographically dispersed locations
  • Serves as the focal point for ASJC Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity, applying and implementing CSR strategy in the local and regional community to maximize the social and business impact

Job Requirements

What we look for 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or mass com.
  • 2-3 years of relevant solid experience
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering effective, high quality internal communications and engagement projects
  • Experienced in content creation and can deal easy with social platforms
  • Ability to work with Artwork design
  • High level of resilience and agility
  • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills
  • Excellent English Commute verbal and written is a Must
  • Fast, Creative and Dynamic character
