Job Description
- Responsible for setting industrial security policies and procedures for site and personnel security and safety.
- Supervising and verifying the process of receiving all supplies at the site, such as feed, sawdust, solar, etc., and following up on the consumption compared to the established plans.
- Supervising transactions with all external parties and relations with government agencies, such as permits, licenses, and others.
- Responsible for providing the site’s needs and supplies of food, spare parts, supplies, and others in coordination with the central procurement department.
- Supervising the movement of stock and adding and disbursing reports.
- Follow up the sales process inside the site, organize the workflow from entering and leaving workers, cars and clients, and follow the scale and sanitation procedures.
- Participate in setting the site’s budget and following up on external and operational expenses, transportation and cash movement within the site
- Supervising the implementation of the oases project and ensuring that the site is received with the same agreed requirements.
- Study the complaints received about the site in cooperation with all concerned departments and divisions
- Submit weekly reports on the works that have been accomplished on the site and transfer a live picture of these works.
- Removing any obstacles within the site and what is required for the conduct of business and work to achieve the specified time program
