Job Description
- Management of new business strategy, reaching out and pitching to potential clients and demonstrating track record of new business wins.
- Constantly looking for new leads and monitoring the market to find the next movers and shakers and to play a part in their campaigns.
- You should be someone who is great at building relationships, and is excited to attend events on behalf of the company to network
- Organizing client lists, potential contacts, and reporting in figures how our BD has been improving month on month.
- Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy
- Responsible for developing and updating the sales kit (including the company profile, portfolio and sales presentation).
- Researching and gathering market, competition and customer information
- Work under direction of the business development manager
- Support the business development Manager in sales support when required by him
- Develop operational contacts, which will provide needed support for the tasks undertaken by the organization’s business development team
- Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization
- Work cross functionally with internal and external business units/partners
- Liaise with management to develop business plans for the company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering ( Electric-Mechanical – Electronic - Mecatronics)
- 3 -5 Experience
- Ability to adequately demonstrate working experience acquired from similar positions
- Excellent skills in logistics management and information and computer technology
- Strong creative ability
- Ability to carry out research relating to the organization and collate the information derived from such research towards improving the organization’s business status
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
- Excellent attention to details and strong ability to produce high quality reports and presentations
- Ability to focus on the designed end goals of the organization
- Potential skills in time management
- Ability to beat deadlines and to also perform multiple tasks at the same time
- Ability to work as team player
- Strong drive towards fulfillment of company’s goals
- Ability to relate freely with other members of staff, both up and down the ladder
