Job Description
- Plan and organize production schedule
- Responsible for all stages of the textiles manufacturing process.
- Responsible for improving quality through reducing waste to reach the ideal outcome.
- Work with suppliers to reach quality standards, price, delivery times and ethical production issues.
- Work closely with maintenance technicians to overcome production hold-ups, such as machine faults.
- Work with in-house design and sales teams, buyers and quality control departments.
- Monitor order tracking activities to meet quantity and quality , order specification and delivery dates.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in textile Industry.
- Bachelor degree in engineering (production major), production or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience in modeling, pattern making and production.
- Experience in production process and technology.
- A good knowledge of modern manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- A creative approach to problem solving.
- Willingness to work flexibly and travel.
