Job Description
- Draft all forms of contracts, Sub-Contracts, agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, etc. concerning different and various transactions of Alameda group and associated entities.
- Research and analyze complex legal issues and prepare confidential legal memoranda, court papers, and briefs for administrative, trial, and appellate proceedings.
- Representing Alameda before Government Authorities, corporate, prosecution and police office.
- Establishment of Companies, and renewal of working and residency permits , debt collection.
- Successfully handled sensitive cases for the group with high financial impacts.
- Cooperated with colleagues in legal department to establish and verify basis for legal proceeding
