Job Description
- Responsible for the online booking with shipping line.
- Obtain rates & quote offers for shipping services required by customers
- Obtain, check and prepare documentation to meet customers requirements
- Follow up with packing companies.
- Responsible for documenting the shipments
- Review and approve and follow up the documents, processes and controls of freight payment and ensure all documents, processes and controls are updated.
- Advise clients on transportation and payment methods
Job Requirements
- Experience: MUST be in the same field
- Good command of English - Written/Spoken
- Bachelor’s degree required Strong
- Communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Work with exports that are shipped using sea, air and/or road freight.
- They will generally be responsible for managing the full export process for a shipment, from start to finish.
- Microsoft office proficiency
