Job Description
- Achieve the sales target set by the Sales Manager.
- Create, develop and implement sales strategies for business growth.
- Create short and long term objectives and action plans through reports
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business;
- Creating detailed proposal documents
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries;
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets; company and the customers
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Work hand in hand with Sales Supervisor in generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- Prospect, research and follow ups.
- Provide a professional and excellent level of customer service and after sales service with existing and new customers.
- Monitor, analyze and take accountability for performance affecting improvements in sales/revenue growth, sales productivity, sales quality and optimization of customer satisfaction
- Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager
- Reports as per the company’s SOP and approval by the SM.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures .
- Monitor and track adherence to productivity, attendance, daily expectations and provide feedback relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
- Review daily reports to diagnose excellence and areas of improvement.
- Handle and spend promotional materials wisely, e.g. catalogues, budgets etc.,
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
- Checking the quantities and monitoring expiration dates of goods in stock;
- Compile and track sales data
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
Job Requirements
- Minimum experience 2 years.
- Age 25-30 years
- Experience in medical and Lab products.
- Driving license and car are a must
- Background study should be biomedical engineering, lab, biology or any medical related study.
