Job Description
- Lead analysis activities inside the organization.
- Provide training to new BA members.
- Develop products market study and competitor analysis.
- Establish product features.
- Establish requirement management plan.
- Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs into functional and non functional requirements
- Ensure clear documentation for requirements, story boarding, user scenarios, etc.
- Provide support to key stakeholders through active participation in cross-functional teams.
- Work with clients and created realistic user requirements and avoid scope creep.
- Acted as point of contact to assess, research, analyze, document and resolve issues.
- Provide technical recommendations and initiatives to support and enhance our project quality.
- Develop user and administration manuals.
- PMI-PBA or IIBA-CBAP Certification is a plus.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (computer science or equivalent).
- Enterprise Content Management knowledge or experience is preferable.
- Excellent English.
- Presentation skills.
- Technical writing skills
