A product marketing specialist's primary role, is to help and assist product managers in devising and implementing individual marketing plans, ensuring the success of the activities planned and executed, presenting the results and analysis. Also assisting in all corporate activities ensuring brand representation and funding.
Ensure all marketing activities included in the marketing plans are executed.
Ensure all forms for activities are completed prior to the initiation of the event/activity.
Handling and executing Boot camps, Events, Seminars & Weekly promotions.
CRM handling and updates.
Website & Newsletters campaigns updates.
Ensure meeting all advertising deadlines
Producing report of activities for prior month and coming month.
Helping drive internal sales team and motivating them during activities to produce their best.
Maintain and upgrade databases for marketing communications.
Maintain product pages on the website, including promotion pages.
MDF Vendor Tracking and utilization Addressed by a value of USD$ target.
Addressing the ROI of MDF utilization.
Customer appraisals and survey.
Assist in devising marketing plans based on coherent analysis of previous objectives/missions and strategies.
Ensure utilization of available funds and allocations.
Help product managers achieve expected growth through successful & creative planning, execution and analysis.
Pro-actively introducing new ideas that will improve the marketing department's procedures and functionality
