- Lead the team to achieve the set sales targets.
- Apply company retail manual and ensure boutique staff compliance to retail manual.
Job Requirements
- Age range: 30 – 45 years
- University graduate BA – Commercial/Accounting background is a plus
- Fluent bilingual is a must. Language: Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
- 5- 7 year of experience in retail, with 3 years managerial experience in retail
- Other skills: planning, leadership, charismatic, assertive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and Ability to take ownership of the business
- Presentable, Pleasant personality
- Computer literate with knowledge of basic accounting procedures.
