About the Job
  • Z2Data would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of Junior agent in the Customer Support department. 

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate directly with customers and understand their requirements
  • Initiate customers’ projects/tasks with different parties
  • Monitor task progress, solve relevant problems and maintain the process flow internally& externally
  • Deliver data to customers as appropriate
  • Review customer complaints and track customer complaint resolution
  • Prepare project status/reports when requested
Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
  • The candidate must have bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering/Electronics is preferable).
  • The candidate must have the military service status as exempted or postponed.
  • Banha residents (or around it) are preferable
  • Fast learner
  • Proficiency in MS Office apps. (Excel is a must)
  • Good knowledge about electronic components
